Established in 2012, Neo Spectrum Engineering Consultancy Co. W.L.L. (NSEC) started as Neo Spectrum Technical Services to provide technical support services for engineers, architects and contractors.


From modest beginnings, the company has quickly grown to become a well-established and credited consultancy grade A firm working for a variety of clients to both private and public sector and in delivering a wide range of services across Qatar and GCC.


NSEC approaches each project as a new challenging exercise that requires a fresh perspective and an open mind. Our method involves the overall consideration of the project parameters, services, budget financial plan and actual site context in working with the clients to explore and define their requirements and to combine creative ideas with technical knowledge to come-up with innovative yet practical solutions.


NSEC has been assessed and approved by Vision International Registrar, IRQAQ and Global Accreditation to the International Standards: ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental and OHSAS 1800:2007.

OUR TEAM

The qualification and sound performance of our engineering consultancy firm is based on experienced structural engineers, civil engineers, architects, MEP engineers, managers, detailers, BIM modelers and technical support staff that will provide the highest quality of specialized services to suit the needs of each individual client. In our continual striving for quality, we are constantly training our team of over 80 staff and ensuring that we use state of the art computer aided design software and detailing tools. 


The company’s personnel consist of highly qualified individuals with diverse specialized professional experience. Neo Spectrum team evaluates the requirements and provides the best and optimum solutions available to suit the client’s needs and the overall goals of the project.


The teams were formed from groups of experienced engineers and architects working as detailers and CAD operators, trained on various detailing and modeling software. 


These people were trained to gain excellent experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), preparation of construction documents, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, bar bending schedules and as-built documentation using several well-known professional software like Autodesk® Revit® (Structural, Architectural and MEP), AVEVA BocadTM, Tekla Structures, Autodesk® AutoCAD® Structural Detailing, Autodesk® Civil 3D® for infrastructure, Autodesk® Navisworks® for clash analysis, construction management and simulation and many other software.


They have considerable experience in all types of detailing including commercial, residential, industrial and other infrastructure projects.

PROJECTS WE ARE INVOLVED

Junction 9 Bridge Structure

Modeled using Tekla

A bridge structure with decorative concrete pergolas and an arc shape concrete support for intersecting roadways above the underpass. The project is done by the use of reinforcement 3D modeling from Tekla that makes it easy in regards to collaboration and prodution of shop drawings.
